I thought it was a really comfortable place, the facilities are surrounded by art and that makes you feel a more comfortable place, the rooms are excellent, the Wi-Fi works very well, in general all the services are excellent

I truly recommend this place. It is sort of like a boutique hotel. Very well decorated. It gives you a very welcome ambiance as you enter. Price is very affordable. Very clean. It has the very basics but comfortable. Not close to downtown City. Very safe area. A bit far to bar and restaurants. I loved the place and this staff.

I came with my family to visit Mexico City and stayed here for a week. This has been one of the best places I've ever arrived to. The service was pretty good, and the price was really nice too. The place has a very good location due that it is in a nice zone, and it is very centered thanks that there were many nice restaurants nearby, and had two main shopping malls, the oasis mall and plaza universidad, and the zone of la condesa is just 15 minutes away. I really recommend this.
The place is amazing! The suits are beautiful, very peaceful and comfortable. I will definitely will stay again.
It was a good experience overall, with some glitches. The room was comfortable and more than adequate. Some electric outlets and contacts were loose and half-done. The room had microwave, stove top, refrigerator, pots and pans. It is a great overall value . The shower's temperature was very difficult to control. It was either too hot or too cold, a struggle to get it right. There was no staff at the time of check in, but we were allowed to enter the room anyway. The experience was overall positive. I recommend it.
I loved it, I made a trip because of my work, the service, the quality of the people who work there, especially Miss Denisse, she took care of me very well and is very attentive, I highly recommend Viveros Suite.
